ARCHEOLOGY IN ROMANIA

We also do archaeological work in Romania. Volunteers are based in Brasov and work with the History Museum of Brasov to investigate ancient Dacia and the medieval environs of Transylvania. Archaeological sites found in the Carpathian Mountains and plains below have already yielded some remarkable information about the time of the infamous Vlad the Impaler, the "supposed" inspiration for Dracula. 6) If like working with animals, we have a couple of different projects that you might be interested in. In Mexico you can work at an animal center that works with injured and rescued wild animals...anything from racoons to rattlesnakes can be found there...its really cool!
